Pros: Snacks in the evening for concert people. Breakfast was awesome! Staff were amazing. Suite was very nice and clean. Would highly recommend to friends.

Cons: Underground parking had so many spots sectioned unusable by yellow tape due to maintenance? Front desk staff was very helpful in getting a pass for us to park elsewhere.

Pros: Let me tell you, this property is CLEAN, plenty of space in the lobby, there's an indoor pool, breakfast options were great. It's located in the town so you have to use your room key for everything even the elevator. It may me feel secured

Cons: Paid parking, it was little over $19 +tax per night. In my opinion once you are stay over 3 nights parking should be free or at a lower rate.

Above and beyond all around

Pros: The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had (kitchen nicer than my own) and I loved that it was not on the main level by the lobby. The staff seemed present and content. The room was well designed. They seemed to anticipate your questions before you even arrived. The pool was open late and the late check out was fabulous. It was so clean and fresh inside. Signage was clear for parking.

Cons: Could have had more info upfront about the check out process (basically that nothing is needed!).

Cons: one of the elivators was down so sometimes we would be waiting quite a while to go downstairs but that was no fault of the hotel. by the time we were leaving after our 2 day stay the elivator was working. so it showed me they stayed on top of it.

Great Stay!

Pros: Got this room for my mother in law and she had a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed with how much this is like your very own condo in the city centre. Very nice. Thank you!

Cons: With it being in the city centre, there are some really sketchy folks hanging around on the streets right outside the hotel. Not the safest area.
