Great Stay!

Pros: Aesthetics, functionality, flow of decor was pleasing to the naked eyes. 5min drive from nearby attractions and a cliche of unique bars and restaurants .Newer hotel, friendly, fast, convenient snack bar. Great breakfast. Safe and secure underground parking. Easy access to and from the location. Vanity and shower gels, hand soap, body lotion have an outstanding aroma. No drama, perfect night out on the town!

Cons: Can't wait to see other new builds around the area.

Have stayed twice now, and.it a go to for us.

Pros: The breakfast was good, it's just the.layout that needs a little more work. People running into each other, plates at the end of the line so everyone went one way or another.

Cons: Just the breakfast layout. Alot of snow in the parking.lot, so finding a spot to.park after 9.pm.makes it a little challenging.

New hotel, great staff.

Pros: New hotel, great location. Close to TD Coliseum. Staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were spacious. Room had a small desk. Underground parking available for a few.

Cons: There were paper cups, but no glasses in the room. Called the front desk to see if they had any stemware, but this was unavailable. Had to drink our wine out of a paper cup ;)

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of everything . Everything in Breakfast room was clean and tidy.

Cons: Parking garage was a bit confusing. Sharp steel objects in concrete floor that could damage tires . Directions to elevator not clear . No evacuation directions in garage .

Good location, a really nice place to stay.

Pros: Good location in downtown Hamilton. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was standard and good in general. We enjoyed our stay and had a great experience.

Cons: The receptionist was absent when we arrived. We needed to wait for around 15 minutes to check in to our room
