Excellent accommodation in Niagara Falls

Pros: Very clean, very nicely laid out, excellent parking convenient location close to Clifton hill Thanks for providing game cards, books and coffee

Cons: An extra blanket for the beds and tea towels would be apreciated

Best location for a quiet family vacation close to everything. Rustic villa.

Pros: Excellent location. It was close to everything but also in a quiet neighbourhood. There was plenty of room, and all the necessities were provided.

Cons: There was limited heating, and heavy blankets were unavailable. This was compounded by poor insulation and drafty windows. A heavy quilt or duvet would have solved the situation for our family.

Cons: The Sofa bed! The listing says there is Sofa bed, indeed it is just a reclining chair with foot rest( otoman) that is not good , it was short! It was not secure too because it tips to the back when ever the person moves. Extra linen were having a bad and strong smell but other linen and towels were smelling very good. Bathrooms handles are old and do not have locks, any one can open the bath from exterior!

A quaint little spot to stay in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!

Pros: There was a coffee pot and a kettle and toaster in the kitchen which came in handy as we took our own brand of coffee and tea for the stay. Also all utensils and plates and cups and cooking supplies.

Cons: Some sound proofing would go a long way in this unit as there is another unit up stairs but first night no one was there so it was fine. Bathroom in back bedroom could use a little updating as well. A chair height toilet would be first and foremost. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay and the house is a 5 minute walk to the casino and not much further to all other attractions.

Pros: It was a great spot for attending our family wedding.

Cons: Toilets were super loud, house is not insulated for noise at all. We were very conscious if just speaking and walking. We could hear our neighbors come in upstairs, not excessive noise but old house so sound carried but it's understandable.

Pros: This was a cute place to stay. The beds were comfy and it had what we needed. The location was great to get down to falls! We recommend this place!

Cons: Parking was a little cramped for our two big trucks but for everyone else,, it should be f I ne.
