Cozy 1-bedroom loft with falls view 4mins to falls

Excellent, comfortable stay at the Loft. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Pros: The property is very close to the Falls, about a 20min walk to the Horseshoe Falls and close to Clifton Hill, Skylon Tower and the hotel & casino district.The property is well-appointed and whilst cozy, is more spacious than the pictures suggest. It is in a quiet area of town, so full and restful sleeps after your day at the Falls is guaranteed. The coded doorways are easy to access. We travelled in December, during a cold spell that brought snow and thankfully, the loft’s ambient temperature was perfect - not hot, not cold, just right.

Cons: There isn’t really anything negative that we can say about the property. The bathroom is a little tight but that tightness doesn’t hinder access to shower and toilet facilities. We have offered a couple of suggestions to the owner to increase the comfort but we would recommend this loft regardless. Taller people will need to keep in mind the angled ceiling such as these that you get in converted lofts - i did hit my head a couple of times. The loft is up a few short flights of stairs so be mindful with heavy luggage. Paper menus for local food delivery services (alongside the supplied maps) would be handy for international visitors who dont have access to local knowledge. Maybe even a Nespresso machine. But all these comments are suggestions and not criticism.

Pros: The communication with the host was great, and we got assistance quickly. The room is cosy, good amenities and in proximity to everything. Highly recommended.

Pros: I thought this place was perfect, so close to all attractions, had everything we needed, best shower I've had in an air b and b and better than some hotels we have stayed in, girls if you are staying here for your complete stay , no need to bring a hair dryer, this one is fantastic , bed was comfy , space for your car included in your stay, couldn't really ask for more , to very happy people ,

Pros: Great location close to the rainbow bridge and both falls Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, AC in the main bedroom and a fan to use for the rest of the apartment.

Cons: It could have been helpful to have a sink in the kitchen rather than have to use the bathroom sink Also in the kitchen there were wires across the floor to plug the kettle/toaster/coffee maker which was not ideal. Possibly not suitable for very young children as open access to stairs.

A stay as great as the location

Pros: The location was great, it only took us 10 minutes walk to get a perfect view of Niagara falls, and an extra 5 minutes to jump on the boats. The beds were very comfy and the room was very quiet - probably the best nights sleep we've had on our holiday. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of storage, had all the amenities we needed. Temperature of the rooms were just right, and if it was too hot, we had airconditioning. The staff were very helpful and the key system is very convinient.

Cons: There isn't anything I'd complaint about, there's some wear and tear from previous careless guests. The only thing I'd recommend is that the final door to the loft apartment should be sanded down as the door can be quite difficult to pull open.

The perfect place for one night in Niagara falls.

Pros: Location is just PERFECT!!! I arrived on foot from USA and it's just next to the bridge. The house is very cute and clean. The shower works soooo well!!! The neighbourhood is also great, out of all the super touristic aves.

Cons: There is no proper kitchen but you have to make coffee, toasts and a microwave. Water has to be taken from the bathroom but that's not a big deal.

Good stay in handy location.

Pros: This BnB is a bit quirky but it works, and is convenient location just on the edge of the main tourist area and conccrions to the wego bus system. The owner is very responsive on messages when we had questions.

Cons: We didnt understand at first that the entrance door is on the side of the house. Also note as described in listing there are lots of narrow stairs inside. We knew this before booking but writing here so others know too. The kitchenette area is more like a motel so no dedicated sink etc.
