The Beverley Hotel

Great value

Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and although small, had plenty of storage and amenities. I also love the dimming lights, which is not something you find in every hotel room. No proper window (I mean, there was a window but it was textured glass and just let a bit of light in) but since I was only there to sleep at night I didn't mind at all.

Cons: The mini-fridge emitted a buzzing noise every now and then that was a bit annoying. Not super loud, but clearly \

Pros: Excellent location on fun Queen West. Comfy bed, nice TV and nice rooftop patio.

Cons: The bathroom door is frosted so you can see through but it's blurred. Not a fan of that. I don't care but people should know your room may not have a window to the outside.

Pros: Very friendly.. Great location ... the only thing ibwould suggest is having water bottles available .

Pros: Great location. Exceptional staff. Room was small but fine for me travelling alone.

Cons: If I was travelling with someone I would not be happy with the privacy between the room and the bathroom. It was a glass wall/ door with a swing door.

A great room for a short stay, great location and really lovely staff. Would definitely recommend for a short stay!!

Pros: The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful. The location was great and the bed was very very comfortable.

Cons: Literally the only thing was that the room is a bit small and so the position of the bed was a little bit odd and my pillow kept falling off on the one side. But really comfortable bed and excellent pillows!!

If you can find this hotel and are short, this place is OK. Great location.

Pros: Once we found the hotel, navigated the elevator and stairs, it was a fairly nice room with large screen TV, good location in a downtown area.

Cons: Almost impossible to find the front door initially, next to a small food and drink shop and only a small sign on the door. Terrible steep stairs and an elevator that barely moved. The bed was cheap and noisy and very little room to get around it. Bumped my head on the strangely mounted TV several times. The mom wasn't serviced during our 4 night stay.

A reasonable price for a cosy stay in downtown Toronto

Pros: In a very convenient location! The staff were super helpful. I appreciated that the concierge staff always offered to carry my bags up the stairs for me. They also held my bags after check-out so I didn’t have to carry them around with me all day. The room was small, but it was perfect for a quick overnight stay. Very cosy! All-in-all, a very good price for stay.

Cons: The room did have a window, but the view was blocked. This made the room fairly dark in the morning which I find makes it more difficult to wake up.

Great place to stay in Toronto

Pros: This was my 2nd stay at the Beverley Hotel. I enjoyed my first stay last month so much that I decided to come back. The staff, Ruby, RJ and TJ are so friendly and welcoming. No worries if you have luggage, they handle it for you so it’s very easy. The location is terrific, the bed is super comfy. This has become my go -to hotel whenever I’m in Toronto. There is also a very good cafe next door called the Good Behavior so food is very convenient.
