Couple of days in a prime location

Pros: The breakfast buffet selection was great. The staff were excellent. The gym was very well equipped and big for a hotel gym. The room was big and the shower wears lovely. It is also a great location in downtown Toronto.

Cons: The air con slash heating was odd. Even when turned off it still was noisy and not fully off. That’s the only negative.

Perfect

Pros: It’s new, fresh and friendly staff. The breakfast was good in our opinion! Vegan banana bread was the best! I could come back anytime :)

Cons: The hairdryer wasn’t the best.

Cons: Dont like reception putting a 150 dollar charge against your credit card whilst checking in that can take days/weeks to come off.

Peace and quiet

Pros: Lovely, newish hotel, very quiet, in a great location. Staff were kind and professional. Our room was very clean with attractive furnishings. Nice bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The free breakfast was fabulous, and the dining area was large enough to accommodate a steady stream of Saturday morning customers.

Cons: Counter space in the bathroom was a bit lacking. The hand soap dispenser was awkward. Also, we couldn't figure out how the TV remote worked.

An excellent stay with outstanding breakfast, friendly staff, and a perfect location.

Pros: The breakfast is wonderful, with a great variety of food — there are definitely options for everyone. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location is excellent, even for attending games. I would definitely come back without hesitation.

Cons: This is just a suggestion, but it would be nice to have bar soap available, as it can be difficult to shower with liquid soap if you’re not used to traveling with a sponge. The TV worked perfectly during the first few days, but on the last day we were unable to connect to Netflix.
