Hotel was great!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good location and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Cons: The upgraded corner king room was not worth it. Some standard rooms had a better view with panoramic windows. Our upgrade did not. We know this because we asked to be moved to a different room that was more suitable for our upgrade so they showed us more options.

Great stay at the Hyatt Regency.

Pros: Easy check in/out, super friendly staff (shout out Akshat), and a nice, clean room. Hotel is centrally located — right next to the TIFF Lightbox! — with access to parking, transit and King Street shops and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect - everything we wanted in a hotel and more and the reception staff were just wonderful

Beyond great

Pros: I love places that don't make you feel out of place and the staff at this hotel make you feel welcomed everyone is friendly and respectful, the breakfast is really good best I've had at any hotels they serve a variety of things like fresh fruits,omelettes and they even have salmon too I would definitely go back again

Great choice for families in Toronto

Pros: I got a free room update and the room was really big, spaced for the 4 of us. Complimentary water in the room, nice personnel always available for info and support. Good position not far from the CN tower and in an area with restaurants.

Cons: The parking cost of 40$ is not worth if you stay as I did just for 1 night without need to exit and come back. I parked in same parking (which is public) and saved almost half of the cost. Cost per night is high but aligned with similar hotels in the area.

Pros: I loved the front of house staff. They even gave the kids fish food to feed the fish ❤️

Cons: The strange mirror / headboard behind the bed seemed old and outdated.

Cons: Had a hard time identifying the building and where to drive in to enter the check in area from the road. HDMI port in room didn't work to use firestick.
