Canada 🇨🇦

Comfortable and great location. Quiet despite in city's centre.

Pros: I liked how Moretti was easily located in the hotel. Bathrooms heated floors were amazing.

Cons: Construction being done at the hotel.

Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, good location & facilities

Pros: Lovely stay here. We booked very last minute after moving accommodations. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely and made the room very nice for us which was very much appreciated. Room was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed.

Cons: I didn’t particularly not like anything staff were attentive and helpful and the room was nice enough. However I’m struggling to see why it is 5 star. Feels more like a 4 star stay. It doesn’t have that feel of 5 star it’s a little bit outdated. But it is a perfectly nice place to stay and there were no issues, if you are looking for 5 star luxury it’s perhaps not here

Pros: This hotel is in a great location, quiet, staff are helpful. I had a really lovely room with a great view of Toronto's famous tower. Everything is good. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Cons: Nothing. It is a great hotel. Value for price of room.
