The most wonderful hotel in the most fabulous Canadian city!

Pros: The location was fabulous. Just a short walk to the CN Tower and Wright on the street car route so easily accessible from anywhere in Toronto. The staff were beyond amazing, taking the time to not only be friendly and professional but also help with filling in tax forms and giving great local insight on restaurants and I love the fact that they have a sheet behind the reception which is each of their favourite eateries, a real personal touch. Cannot tell you how fabulous the staff are in this hotel!

Cons: Just a tiny thing as the hotel is practically perfect, we would really have appreciated a sauna or steam room or hot tub of some description. We did go for a swim but found the water quite cool and for that luxury spa feel it would’ve been great to have warmed up in a Sonos steam room.

Great hotel near CN tower

Pros: Amazing location! 5 min from the station, path and subway. CN tower is 5 min away as well. Huge room, king bed and lots of storage space. Small gym, but enough to do a small workout.

Cons: Toiletries were not changed frequently

Great weekend- thank you for making our Christmas get together special!

Pros: We had a family weekend and were able to park our vehicles and walk everywhere- to the theatre, to our dinner restaurant, the the Rogers Centre. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we had adjoining rooms. The beds were super comfy! Staff were exceptional. We asked for early check in and our rooms were ready at noon!

Cons: Nothing- it was an exceptional experience.
