Pros: The beds were comfortable, eight queen sized beds in total. Great for a close family with lots of kids. The dining room was very nice with good comfortable chairs. Parking for two cars was adequate. Fairly close to a Costco and Home Depot, not close to attractions or play grounds. TV was a decent size, but there is only one of the in the dining room area.

Cons: There were no written instructions. The oven was in Celsius and would automatically reset itself to 285 C, no matter what we did. Our turkey was incinerated, as were our scalloped potatoes. We found old Chinese food in the fridge, a pair of rugby shorts and inflated balloons under the beds. There were no face cloths, but lots of microfiber cleaning towels, no pans for cooking in the oven, no frying pan or dish cloth for drying, no whisk or electric beater, I bought these items and we took them home with us, so please bring these items with you if you have need of them. The living room is non existant, it is merely a couch adjacent to the dining table, you can't see the TV from it. You can only see the TV from the dining room table. This can easily be fixed if the owner eliminated the queen beds (in the open area by the entrance stairs) and turned it into a small living room area instead. An instruction booklet and a living room would have taken this from a good stay to a great one. I'm hopeful that the owner can make these small changes. No one needs that many beds in a house without a decent living room for people to play games and enjoy each other in. LOTS of mirrors and lamps in this house. It would be a wonderful rental with just a few changes as noted.
