Great location, comfy room, and excellent staff

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. And when we had trouble getting the cable to work, the lovely woman on the desk that evening came to our room immediately and sorted the TV out for us. Cons: The only thing I can think of was to provide a bath mat/towel. But we used an extra hand towel for that purpose, and it worked just fine. Otherwise, the property supplied everything we needed.

Road trip

Pros: Friendly reception. Good information provide upon registering. Room was clean as were sheets and towels. Warm day and air had been turned up for our comfort. Simple but quaint!

Cons: We had adjoining room and you could hear TV from other room once ours was off. But respectful and not so loud as to stop us from sleeping. Would return.

Will stay again

Pros: The SHAKESPEARE INN, is our favorite place to stay while in the area. The staff are excellent and very accommodating. Place is always clean. It suites OUR needs just fine.

Cons: Like it just the way it is.

Pros: There was no breakfast but there was exceptional customer service. The staff were very helpful as to luggage, wi-fi set up and being present to assist.

Cons: The television could have been larger screen.

One of the nicest roadside motels we've been to.

Pros: While there we experienced a terrible wind, thunder, lightning and, torrential storm. We felt safe and cozy.

We had a very comfortable stay

Pros: Ms. Vani was very kind to let us check in early and that set us up for an enjoyable evening at Stratford where we watched a play.

Cons: There was ample parking and we felt very safe . We were all seniors and having our rooms on the ground floor worked out great for us

For a quick stay, it is an ok place to stay in.

Pros: No breakfast but had a common kitchen where you can make your own tea anytime you wanted. Oh, they had oatmeal cookies in the morning for anyone interested.

Cons: At least a water bottle in the room. The space in between desks could have been more cleaner, was slightly dusty.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean, I was really happy with it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely, the shower head had wonderful pressure (important when travelling, at least to me).

It was amazing and we plan to come back!

Pros: Location is super close to downtown. Rooms are comfortable. Back gardens are pretty, good for a nice walk or even sitting out back in the evening. overall, very happy with the stay especially for the price it was. Me and my partner plan to come back again at some point.

Cons: Beds are not super comfy, but on our second night we had adjusted a bit better and slept a little better than the first night. Room temperature was either super cold or super warm on one of our nights.

We would gladly return here again.

Pros: Very friendly staff! Excellent cleaning service. Enjoyed the gazebo and surrounding yard - very pretty. Lots of parking space. Enjoyed the coffee/tea room throughout our stay.

Cons: There was nothing that was of any concern.
