New Year stay at The Windsor, Stratford

Pros: I like that the staff were very welcoming and supportive. They went the extra mile esp Amelia, who checked us in-person, as I requested even if our train arrived past 8pm. The location is great. I like that there are no keys or cards to rooms as they could get lost or de-magnetized. The number key to access room is convenient. The pillows were very nice, fluffy and soft but firm.

Cons: As I had difficulty climbing stairs, I did not like that the elevator was out of order. But the staff offered to help bring up my bags. Also, there was no microwave to take-out food.

Fantastic location and welcoming staff!

Pros: Great hotel in a great location.Staff were friendly and gave fantastic recommendations.Very comfortable bed.

Cons: The bathroom was very small and the faucet needed repairs.The elevator wasn't working.The hotel was under renovations so no restaurant on site.

Pros: The location was so close to everything and that was amazing! The TV options were amazing! And the staff were very helpful! :)

Cons: The toilet wasn’t the best. That was the only issue.

Pros: the location was perfect - close to everything. We had the appartment and it was great - although a second bathroom would have been nice.

Cons: Need more parking, or at least make it clearer that we would need to pre-book parking.
