Charming hotel that allowed us to enjoy everything in downtown Stratford

Pros: Our room was cozy and clean. The hotel was so charming with a little patio where we enjoyed a nightcap. The location was close enough so that it was a short stroll to almost everything but far enough away that it was peaceful. We will definitely be back!!

Pros: Loved the aesthetic!!! The jacuzzi tub was an amazing touch also! Bed was super comfy too!

Cons: No complaints

Pros: If you're a theatre professional like me and you need accommodation to see a play at Stratford a lot, this is a GREAT place to stay. Clean, staff is super friendly, clean, great wifi, and most important, it's right downtown, close to all the theatres so you can stumble to your room after the show.

Exactly what I needed. I was in town for an event at Factory 163

Pros: The fireplace at the end of the bed. That was very tranquil and relaxing. I was glad to see that the cosy room I got was this one and not the one with the fireplace at the side of the bed. When I come back, I will ensure that I have this room again. I really enjoyed it.

Pleasant stay in Stratford.

Pros: Handy location for walking to restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff. Cute that they put cake and balloons in the room, to help us celebrate birthday. Nice to have water in the fridge. Appreciated the text messages about checking in and leaving.

Cons: A bit odd using self-entry and not having a Reception desk, but it was easy enough. Breakfast boxes are thoughtful and a nice idea since there's no restaurant on site - but it wasn't really the mini-holiday experience with friends that we wanted i.e. cooked breakfast with pot of coffee. (However, a diner was just up the road - so that was easy)

Pros: The hotel location was in the central area of town. Everything was in walking distance. The electronic check in was easy and hassle free. Supplied balloons, cake, and birthday wishes for my wife.the sitting area outside was nice and quaint to sit outside.

The room was comfortable and the location suited our needs.

Pros: Location was good however the weather did not cooperate so that we could take full advantage. The towel sculptor and truffle heart on the bed was a nice touch to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

Cons: Having mini fridge turn off/on every 20 minutes disturbed my sleep. Also there was a spider (?) that crawled out of the register in the bathroom. We had to ask the girl at reception for help with operating the TV.

Pros: Location is great. Didn’t have breakfast yet. Hosts are amazing, very pleasant and accommodating. Room was very clean and cozy. Excellent coffee machine in the room, bottled water.

Pros: We original booked a regular room, which while very quaint, we found quite small. We upgraded to a suite, that was lovely! The bed was very comfortable. Nice big windows facing the street. The location can't be beat! And the staff was helpful and friendly. As far as value for the cost, it is definitely a great value for the money. Would stay again.

Cons: The bathroom was very small and basic.
