Mercer Hotel Downtown; BW Premier Collection

Pros: Everything was great, excellent location and best of all the great restaurant on the main floor

Cons: Toilet paper could be a bit softer

Pros: Staff were helpful and carried our luggage up to our room.

Cons: Parking required a fair walk uphill then up a long flight of stairs to the room. No elevator but we knew this ahead of time. On-site Restaurant menu was not typical pub/bar fair but the restaurant across the street was very good.

Great hotel in the heart of Stratford with a very cool vibe.

Pros: Great location! Our room was spacious, clean & nicely appointed. We appreciated the attention to detail & the decor. Staff were very pleasant & friendly, a special shout out to Brooke for her attentiveness. We will definitely return!

Excellent stay at the Mercer.

Pros: Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was plenty spacious enough and had everything we needed. Food at the restaurant was all delicious - we ate dinner and breakfast there. The location is perfect for all things Stratford. We walked to most of our events and cycled easily around some scenic paths and areas of interest.

Fabulous experience

Pros: Great facilities, Kitchen, BeerHall, Hotel and location, reasonable parking fee per day. Town venues are within walking distance, park and enjoy.

Cons: Nothing negative to say about these facilities and staff.

A great first trip to Stratford.

Pros: This location was great and convenient for sightseeing and wandering the town. Conveniently located near many restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with a super comfy bed.

Cons: City view was ok but noise when the pubs let out was kind of annoying. Stairs were a definite bummer. I had hoped to have a included breakfast for the price but this was not the case.

Pros: The location is excellent. Being on the main street, it wasn't at all noisy. The rooms were clean, bright, and very comfortable.

Cons: I wish we were able to have more control over the temperature in the room. The lowest setting was a little warm for us for sleeping. I found the pillows very uncomfortable and woke up with a sore neck.

Pros: The Mercer Hotel Downtown in Stratford, Ontario is well located with lovely rooms, friendly staff and has an wonderful restaurant. We has an excellent stay at the The Mercer Hotel Downtown as we where in town to see a play at the Stratford Festival.

Cons: I liked everything.
