Luxurious modern basement apartment

Pros: The layout of the place and it had everything we needed.

Cons: The couch was very hard and we were not a fan of the motion sensored kitchen faucet

Pros: We had an amazing experience! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was quick to respond and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The space itself was cozy, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect as well, safe, and close to restaurants and groceries. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Pros: The location was very close to highway and shopping. The street was very quiet.

Cons: We loved everything but if I had to choose the bed was a little too soft (that is personal preference)

Beautiful, Tastefull and Clean

Pros: This basement is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully set up. It is spotlessly clean and well-appointed. A supermarket is a short walk away and it has what you need to cook some food. The decor is beautiful. The hosts communicate well. There is space to park a car. It has a washing machine and a dryer. We highly recommend this for a couple. For 4 people, as we were, it is only suitable for 1 or 2 nights as it's a bit tight.

Pros: Can’t recommend booking this apartment enough. The space is very clean, easy check in process, coffee pods available for the morning, and easy check in. Very close to the go train and easy to get to downtown Toronto. Stay here!!

Súper Cousy, clean, organized little space, with everything you need, kitchen supplies, washer & dryer, great shower

Pros: Location was great, very clean, organized, amazing space for relaxing. We enjoy the board games available for us ex: snakes & ladders & uno was fun. Also the shower was magnificent and the ability to do some laundry was wonderful.

Cons: At some point the temperature got really high, we found it hot and we’re not able to control it, however there was a fan available in the closet that we could use and cool down the space, that helped a lot!

highly recommend if needing stay in Pickering/GTA.

Pros: Home and hosts were amazing - modern, clean and thoughtfully designed. Convenient location close to grocery, mall, restaurants and Go station. I spent alot of time at apartment - using as a base for remote work while visiting family in the area. Quiet, great Wifi and workspaces. Hosts are highly responsive (and even helped clean snow off my car!). Would 100% stay again.

Cons: If you have problem with stairs or lots of luggage - there is staircase to go down. Not an issue for me but to keep in mind if have mobility issues.

Pros: Дуже гарне, чисте, затишне та комфортне місце. Є місце для паркінгу. Зрозуміла інструкція для само-заселення. В середині є все необхідне і навіть більше. Комфортне ліжко та є ще розкладний диван. В живу навіть краще ніж на фото.

Bellissimo stupendo

Pros: Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, compresa lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Comodo e spazioso. Il proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale, risponde subito per qualsiasi problema. Ottima esperienza generale.

Cons: Da migliorare piccoli dettagli che ci hanno creato piccole difficoltà. Specificare meglio che per inserire il codice di accesso bisogna toccare la maniglia (noi cercavamo un tastierino)o che il riscaldamento si regola con un tablet presente in appartamento (per evitare di dover contattare il proprietario). Inoltre, manca bollitore acqua (unica cosa che manca). Ma sono solo piccolissimi dettagli per rendere tutto perfetto
