Sparkling Clean & organized

Pros: Extremely clean with everything you might need; very organized. I especially appreciate the tall standing heater that kept this basement apartment toasty warm and comfortable. There's a mini fridge and coffee maker and coffee which I did not use. Messages and reminders on the walls, great idea. Shower is tight but manageable. The lighting is very good especially in the washroom. The bed is a futon and a little bit lumpy but not horrible. You might want to bring a firm pillow if you are a side sleeper. Not much space in the washroom counter. Adequate number of towels and decent size. The TV is mounted to the wall and works well. The door code for the outside door and inside \

Cons: The bed could have been better - its a futon that's been used. Overall, an excellent rental for the price.

My stay was beyond exceptional—clean, quiet, and fully equipped, with every detail exceeding expectations.

Pros: This property exceeded all my expectations and is easily one of the best in the area. The space is impeccably clean and comes fully equipped with everything you could need. The landlord is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Despite being a basement unit, it was incredibly quiet—I didn’t hear a single sound. The place is well maintained, and I was tempted to lease it right away. It features appliances, including a washer and dryer, a microwave, and mini fridge, and touch screen toaster which I never knew existed . The cleanliness was outstanding—I felt compelled to leave it spotless. On top of that, there’s free parking, which is such a great bonus. The TV and bed were also incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall experience. This is truly a gem of a property that I can’t recommend enough!

Cons: No complaints at all.
