Pros: My family had a really good stay here. The place was clean, organized, and exactly what we needed. The room and washroom were spotless, and the whole environment felt safe and calm. The host was easy to reach and helped with anything that came up, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and smooth experience. Would stay again.

Pickering Stay. Clean and comfortable.
Pros: The basement apartment seems like a newly renovated space. The layout was great, clean, organized, and well kept. We spent the night here to sleep, and food the beds and space in general to be comfortable. They provide ample amounts of towels, and do provide some basics re: kitchen.
Cons: The basement apartment does come with its own key to lock so that you have privacy from upstairs family. The foyer is shared by both upstairs and downstairs and we didnt expect to see people come down to take out laundry, and that ks when we realized the basement apartment entry door locks. This isnt much of a bad thing but should have instructions about this so that people can close the door. We also heard foot steps from upstairs but nothing invasive. I would recommend this apartment.

Was exactly what we needed.
Pros: It was easy to find the keys. The host was quick to answer us by booking.com messaging. The place was around5-10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store, and near a Go transit train terminal. It was exactly what we needed, the beds were SUPER comfortable, the place was clean and the kitchen was convenient. We also had access to a dryer and washing machine, which was pretty useful.
Cons: It wasn't clear which door led us to our room. Also, we thought we had the entire floor to us, but it wasn't the case. The sofa wasn't a pullout couch, so that was a disappointment.

Exceeded expectations. Very clean!
Pros: Exceeded expectations. You get more than what you are paying for, in my opinion. Very clean, quiet hosts even though they have kids you can tell they are well mannered and respectful and aware that there are people downstairs which was nice. Lots of big fluffy comfortable pillows on all beds, lots of extra cozy blankets. The beds were very comfortable. They even offered us a late check out which helped with our day a lot! Thank you

Pros: It was comfortable , spacious, and clean. Everything posted on the listing was available to us inside the house to use. The instructions were straightforward and easy to understand( parking, Wifi, entrance). we will definitely keep this spot in mind next time when looking for air bnb in the durham region area. Thank you for having us !
Cons: Everything was amazing except our only thing was at night time when we got back( which was pretty late to the air bnb) it was cold inside the house and the heat was not on.

Pros: The apartment was impeccable.. like NEW!!! Best deal ever!!! NOTE.. read the instructions carefully (I failed to) as there are parking instructions that I failed to read and adhere to but no worries... They have a Keurig coff e machine ther.. brin your own pods and fixings... plenty of cups, plates, utensils, etc, microwave, stove, fridge, etc. the shower area is amazing if you wish... the parking is ample... please park on the far left of the driveway... the keys were available as suggested. I used my own Firestick on their TV but it does have options for your Netflix/Prime etc logins. They have codes for unlocking apps if you need. Just a very nice experience and the host was most grateful. Checkout is noon which is a real bonus!!!!
Cons: no negatives... just positives in this case... If I had a suggestion I would install light dimmer switches but after awhile I just used the low stove/fan light for ambient lighting. All in all I recommend this apartment... great location!!!!
