Skiing with kids

Pros: Front desk staff was really helpful and kind. Our one bedroom king suite was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay as a family. It was nice being able to cook breakfast and lunches while skiing. Beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were great. The pool is in the main building and the kids enjoyed swimming in the evening. We'll definitely return again!

Good value for money

Pros: The resort is located next to a ski hill and across the street from a Nordic spa; very convenient for those activities. The room was very clean and rather large. Overall, it was quite comfortable. It's a good value for money for Ontario.

Cons: There was a little mildew at the bottom of the shower, which can be easily removed and cleaned. We had a room giving onto the parking lot. Unfortunately, the guests leaving early in the morning, packing their cars, and clearing the snow from their cars can be quite noisy.

Absolutely fantastic staff, facilities and location.

Pros: We were upgraded to the suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was amazing, with jacuzzi, and the whole resort is just beautiful.

Cons: The weather that week, but it was November so it's expected.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful part of Ontario.

Pros: Location was pefect for our need to be in Craighurst early the next morning. We were gracioulsy upgraded to a spaciois room because we were not able to climb the stairs to our reserved room.

Cons: Only that we do need a receipt, but were told by resort staff that the receipt has to come from booking.com, and although we have that, I will need to get it printed and hope that it is accepted as it is not an official hotel receipt.

We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was beautiful. Rooms are a great size and it was very peaceful. Bed was super comfy and all the things we needed were there in the room.

Cons: I didn't like that there are not appropriate hand railings when ascending and decending the stairs. We stayed on 3rd floor and the wide wood rails are not easy to hold onto. Also, the rooms could benefit from upgraded plugs with USB.

Pros: Location was great. A room that had a nice view and lots of room.

Pros: Staff was so friendly and went OUT of their way to help me with my Service dog when I forgot to bring her paperwork with me from Nova Scotia. Especially the lovely Red head young women who helped l.

Cons: There's nothing to not like.

Pros: The whole environment was so nice. You could easily find lots to do there without even leaving the property

Beautiful location, perfect for a relaxing stay!

Pros: The location is perfect and beautiful, the option for a gym even though small is great. The pool was nice but was closed the first day I was there. The rooms are a bit dated but functional overall.

Cons: Rooms were a bit dated with small tvs, the times for the check in/front desk and gym area could be extended to earlier and later. The bathrooms in the pool facility didn’t have any soap in one of the hand pumps.
