Monte Carlo Inn Barrie - Newly Renovated

Pros: You got everything you need in a room, including mobile charger,iron box everything

If we stay again in Barrie we would stay at your facility.

Pros: Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was excellent. Great location to go anywhere in the city. I thought your idea of paying for a hot breakfast was an excellent idea. The amount of waste we have seen at other stays is incredible. The price was right as well.

Cons: The swimming pool was not working. The bathroom sink was clogged.

Absolutely great

Pros: We made a last minute reservation after landing in toronto after a week in cuba. We were incredibly surprised by the king room compared to the price! Had a great night sleep and had a way better than expected breakfast! Even if you dont opt for the $8 got breakfast, the included continental has good variety. The woman that checked us in was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Cons: The temperature control was a little iffy, but that could also be because I am super sunburnt and cant regulate my body temperature.

Pros: Incredible room and staff. Spacious, extremely comfortable. I look forward to staying there in the future.

Pros: Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: We could not activate the shower in the morning . When talking with staff at the front desk about this issue when we checked out, it was mentioned that some of the rooms had new fixtures installed in the tub with a different design for turning the shower on . It would be helpful if there was a sign installed in the bathroom outlining instructions on how to turn on the shower, as it was our understanding that staff have had many complaints regarding this issue from other patrons

Excellent stay, very comfortable

Pros: The room was very pleasant. Very comfortable and was a good stay.

Cons: Having to wait a month for my $200 deposit. Won’t be staying here again as trying to communicate with staff was virtually impossible and when I did get to speak to someone they didn’t care.

Pros: This review is in the context of a budget hotel. That said I felt the complimentary breakfast was good.

Cons: I am not fond of the security deposit actually being put on your credit card. As traveling nomads we have stayed in countless hotels and I cannot recall this ever happening.

Cons: would have liked a tv guide, was hard for us to find what was on, but we managed.
