Pros: Room and the bright colors. Had all the necessary toiletries and coffee utensils. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with suggestions.

Cons: I would have given excellent with regard to the staff etc. But after checking out I found an additional charge on my card. When I phoned the hotel they said it was a fee for damage and would be returned if nothing was missing or broken. I travel all the time and fees should be upfront and not hidden after the visitor checks out. This is a better business practice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

Pros: The breakfast always was replenished and the food was hot. We enjoyed the open coffee & tea bar. The lobby seating area was nice to relax

Cons: I don't believe we had no issues. Other than disappointed in no whirl pool. When it was mentioned in amenities.

Pros: Dining area by the lobby, great choice for breakfast, comfortable beds, everything was in good repair and very clean, fridge and microwave in room appreciated, friendly staff, easy check in and check out.

Cons: Difficult to figure out how the heating worked...no instructions. 2 compact armchairs would have been nice for our room which had 2 queen size beds.
