Excellent. Will definitely be staying with them again.

Pros: The property was in a great location for me. It was always clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a comfortable restful stay.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, hot and tasty. My grandson was in a hockey tournament and was no longer than 10mins to all arenas.

Cons: Nothing, absolutely no issues.

Pros: Everything clean, quiet, relaxing at the end of a long day. Walking distance to Tim Hortons and Wendy's, felt safe.

Cons: The turn in to the hotel, and the paper products facial tissue and toilet paper rough.

Pros: The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We appreciated being able to check in early, as we had an event to attend. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it looks like they've done some recent renovations to the rooms. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Friendly staff, polite and courteous. Directions to where i was going was very much appreciated. Requested to be on first floor was granted, and showed me closet to my room for parking. Coffee was hot at the breakfast, made my day.

Pros: Bed and setting area was very nice. Had a great sleep.

Pros: Appreciated the hard floor surface instead of icky carpet. Beds are very comfy but pretty high to get into. Good, pet friendly restaurants very close by and within easy walking distance. Very spacious room.

Cons: Street noise starts early in the morning and the rooms aren't very sound proof. No hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. Lighting isn't great. No guide for the tv.

Clean, spacious and convenient

Pros: Felt recently renovated as furnishings were very clean and modern. Good amenities within walking distance such as Tim Hortons, Wendy’s and a nice bar and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Everything was great. The windows could have been a bit cleaner but that really didn’t matter

Pros: We arrived to the Hotel around 9:30pm after flying in from the UK. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and very accommodating. I was though a bit put off by the $150.00 security deposit. We are always hesitant now to book a hotel after a bad experience at a hotel in August of 2024. Sometimes what is on a website ie photos is not at all what the hotel looks like. But the hotel has done some nice renovations and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons: The next morning, when we were going to have some breakfast I dropped our keys to the front desk but I got the impression the man behind the desk wished he were someplace else.

Pros: hotel was clean and in a good location for our stay

Cons: smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and a odd repair to the roof. otherwise the room was well maintained
