Fairfield Orillia

Pros: Very comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower. The restaurant was great. Coffee was a little weak, but there was a second tea option that made up for it. Food was great. The omelet station was excellent! The young man was upbeat, friendly and well prepared This option was an outstanding surprise!

Cons: We were disappointed that there is no hot tub at this hotel.

Wonderful staff

Pros: Staff were very supportive and genuinely caring. Were helpful in allowing an early check in so I could get ready for a 3 pm wedding, and also supported a late check out The next day. The kids enjoyed the breakfast spread.......very great stay!

Cons: Very over priced for a one night stay. Although clean and great staff, there was nothing extra to justify a $398 night, in a regular 2 queen room.
