Best Western Plus Mariposa Inn & Conference Centre

Pros: Hotel is very good. The staff were so friendly and helpful -- really made the stay more enjoyable. Hotel in need of some repairs (some leaky taps, rust in tub, pool area in need of some TLC) but Hotel was clean and very reasonable! I would stay again. Breakfast was included which is a perk, especially with children and there is a Chucks Roadhouse restaurant attached to the hotel which is convenient.

Cons: The toilet in our room wouldn't fill with water automatically, which then wouldn't flush. We had to keep filling the tank to flush. Staff were helpful getting it working once.

Pros: This is a very nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating from the start. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Breakfast with hot food is always a plus. Great location. Will be coming back

Pros: Everything! First off, the location can't get much better. When checking in, I asked about an issue concerning my multi-night stay. Almost instantly, an adjustment was made to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room is big, clean, and very nice. The dark wood furniture always looks good. Every amenity you could need, with a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom is pretty nice and has a tub. Pool, sauna, workout room, this place has it all

Cons: No real complaints. There wasn't a hot breakfast, but it's under renovation, so that's understandable. The AC has a bit of a rattle, but the sound kinda helped me sleep, so no big deal

Pros: Honestly breakfast used to be way better it was a buffet now it's literally one lady running a restaurant with no tips and rude travelers

Pros: I think location is perfect as it was close to shopping, dining and not to far to travel to the Casino. Breakfast was great. Loved the room size and sleeping was comfortable. Next time we will try the pool and hottub. We were not prepared for that.

Cons: Extremely expensive for the stay! I know it was a busy weekend in the city but compared to normal prices, it was very high.

Pros: We enjoyed the pool & hot tub! The room was clean, and fresh smelling. It faced the back, with a view of the gazebo.

Cons: The parking lot needs work... very rough service.

Pros: The Best Western Mariposa is in a fantastic location. It is very close to downtown and the beautiful lakeside park. It is also a very quick drive to Casino Rama. The greenspace around the hotel is very nice for sitting out, especially under the gazebo. The staff could not be nicer. We have been here several times and will continue to do so in the future!

Pros: Rob at the front desk was super nice and gave me extra treats for my senior dog.

I stayed at the hotel s I was attending the Mariposa folk festival.

Pros: I found the breakfast pricey and went to a fast food place for breakfast.

Cons: there was no continental breakfast included
