Lakeside Inn

We had show tickets at Rama, and the location was excellent. The room was great value for the money

Pros: The view from the window was spectacular, the room was very clean, the beds were comfy

Cons: you could hear noise from the next room and when people were outside you could hear everything.

Large room, Lake view, full bath, lovely staff.

Pros: It would have been great to enjoy the Lake view but I came in the winter after snow so everything was just covered in snow. The room was a great size and very clean and I appreciated that it had a full bathtub and not just a standing shower. I would stay here again.

Cons: I had a room on the ground floor and I could hear every foot step and noise from the people in the room above me. I don't know how busy the Inn was on the night that I stayed, but either a room on the top floor to reduce noise or a room that didn't have anyone staying above. If I stay there again I would make sure I would be able to have a room on the second floor before confirming a booking.

Just what we needed, a warm & cozy winter stay.

Pros: Located right across a park on the shores of Lake Simcoe. Beautiful view!

Pros: Great view of lake. Balcony. Had everything needed...kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Big bed. Comfy covers and pillows.

Pros: Friendly, warm reception by owner(s). View spectacular especially setting and rising sun on Lake Simcoe. Room very clean and barely noticeable fragrance which is good with my severe fragrance allergies.

Cons: Perfect as it is.

Perfect location for a visit to Rama

Pros: We loved this hotel because it was small, locally owned and directly on the waterfront in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a modern, renovated and spotlessly clean old school type hotel which we loved. The King bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a bonus.

Pleasantly surprised

Pros: Just wanted an economical room for one night close to Casinorama. Wasn't expecting luxury, but this place is really nice. An 8 min drive from Casinorama. Beautiful lake view. Microwave, fridge and freezer in the room.

Cons: Old key lock, but that isn't a big deal.

Pros: I loved the view and the proprietors are the best and most friendly and likeable you'd ever meet.

Pros: We were very happy with our stay.The price for what we stayed for the night was amazing. It was extremely quiet and peaceful and the place was tastefully Furnished with everything we need and it was especially clean. The bed was comfortable and there is a park and a beach area.Super close as well as the tim hortons around the corner. We got the corner unit, which has a couple of wicker benches.And although the view wasn't the most spectacular thing in the world.Like the front units,, we felt like we had our own little cottage space.

Cons: There was an opened expired milk that was left in the fridge. The air conditioner filter was packed full of dust and there was fuzzy mold underneath the weather pad of the air conditioner. The toilot wouldn't refill the tank on its own. We would have to reach in and lift the black floating thing for it to start to refill.
