Muskoka Bay Resort

Our stay was great . We enjoyed the games room and the beautiful landscape of the golf course

Pros: The rooms were very clean . The games room was great . The pools overlooked beautiful scenery .

Cons: Just wished there was a cafe or small coffee shop with croissants for breakfast or for late night snack

3 days at the Muskoka Bay resort

Pros: Scottie was a great shuttle driver. Awesome personality.

Cons: Room was lacking any sort of dresser if you where staying for a few days like we did . No real casual dinner options.

Beautiful resort. Family friendly. Amazing food and drinks.

Pros: Very clean resort, family friendly, amazing restaurant on site

Cons: They need drip coffee maker in the room, nespresso didn’t cut it

Pros: Everything, the room, the pool, sauna, and silence. I will come back for sure.

Winter wonderland

Pros: Staff everywhere on site are wonderful, location was great for our reason for visiting and we really enjoyed the activities and fun in the snow while there: snowshoeing, cocktail class, winter walks, full Christmas dinner, fire pits, hot chocolate... It's near to town and to some great walks. We were fortunate enough to get some xc skiing at very nearby with freshly set tracks in bracebridge. I don't believe many were staying there while we were and the quiet time was very welcomed. And it's puppy friendly. Like not just tolerated but very welcomed and spoiled with some extra love. The fitness centre is not a typical hotel fitness centre. It has everything + and new higher end equipment.

Cons: This is so picky and totally preference but would have liked different coffee. A super nice nespresso machine and espresso pods are there which is great; we love a big ole cup of coffee too. We had our own instant so definitely not a big deal. They were so great that may have been able to accommodate if we asked.

Great value for what you paid. Will come back next year for sure!

Pros: Great location great amenities great service! Love the infinity pool with amazing view overlooking the golf course and the trees. Fully equipped kitchen in the townhouse is amazing. Next time you would not even need to bring your own plates or utensils.

Cons: I wish there'd be laundry bags and more sizes of garbage bags available but it is minor. Nothing much to complain really.. And the service was great too, the front desk was super responsive to all the inquiries and very accommodating to our requests!

Muskoka Bay Resort lived up to its' billing.

Pros: .A really nice condo unit style room which was very modern. Lovely west-facing balcony. We were very happy with the space.

Cons: The room could use a comfortable chair. The hostess in the dining area was wonderful but the server not so much. The restaurant food was good, but not what i would term gourmet.

Fabulous service, the hotel staff made the stay memorable

Pros: Such friendly staff, they really stood out for their genuine service. Particularly to 2 guys who drove us too and fro to the guest house. I’m sorry to say I can’t remember their names! The kitchen was well equipped, we did upgrade to a 2 bed unit as the original one bed with sofa bed was very small. Great kit in the gym and a nice pool for a dip/ relax at the end of the day.

Charming Stay with a Paws for thought

Pros: The spacious and immaculate room was a delight, particularly the balcony which offered a serene view of the golf course. The staff's exceptional service stood out, reflecting their remarkable training. Their attentiveness made us feel valued and surpassed the experience at many renowned chain hotels we've visited. Additionally, the hotel's dog-friendly policy was a wonderful bonus for us.

Cons: our experience was marred by the fact that we were unable to enjoy the dining facilities. Despite the hotel’s pet-friendly approach, the restaurant’s patio did not accommodate our canine companion, even when there were very few other diners present. Our requests to be seated in a secluded corner of the patio were declined, forcing us to seek dining options elsewhere. This oversight was quite disappointing and, regrettably, impacted our overall satisfaction, leading to a rating of 9 out of 10.
