Winter in Muskoka - be prepared to be surprised

Pros: Very accommodating staff/friendly and helpful Good location for winter sites travel

Cons: More variety at breakfast although the meals were more than. sufficient

A beautiful place to stay in Muskoka.

Pros: Great property in a magnificent location. Our bedroom was large, with a comfortable four-poster bed. Supper on the terrace with the sun going down was magical. Lots of parking.

Cons: Formal dinner was too formal and exotic for our tastes, but a supper option provided an alternative.

Pros: Beautiful, pool, scenic, alot of good activities paddles, kayak, lawn activities. Outdoor hot sauna. Very nice outdoor vibes. Hot tub and pool. Bikes, tennis. Fun weekend.

Cons: The inside rooms were extremely outdated. Carpet in rooms smelt musty and gross to step on. The beds were sooooo soft and springy and uncomfortable. Paying that much money you want to be comfortable coming back to the room and showering.The outdoor sauan were amazing, the steam room in men's change room was broken and the womens steam room smelt like mold was coming out of the steam I had to leave.

Will definitely return to this heavenly destination!

Pros: Fabulous hotel. Incredible amenities. Amazing staff. Endless activities throughout the day. Stunning lake for paddling. Great breakfast buffet. Can’t wait to return!

Cons: Not too keen on lunch and dinner menu in main dining room and pub….limited selection of plainer dishes.

Amazing property and amenities. Loved it!

Pros: This is such a great hotel. So many activities, friendly staff, beautiful view and a nice property overall. Especially enjoyed the saunas! It was my birthday and they had a bottle of champagne and a card in the room for me which was a nice touch.

Cons: Not much I didn't like. The only thing I would say is that our room had some carpet stains and the bathroom was clean but a bit worn in areas and no fan.

It was a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Pros: The complementary breakfast was ample and varied. The physical location was beautiful. As we drive an electric vehicle, the charging ports were very much appreciated. The staff members were also very attentive to our needs.

Cons: A couple of our fellow guests hogged the ev chargers but front desk staff quickly addressed that situation.

One of the best!

Pros: Friendly and professional staff, clean environment, high quality restaurants, excellent buffet breakfast, equipped rooms, pleasant heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and perfect location are all gathered in this resort to relax and refresh.

Cons: There isnt anything you don’t like!

Amazing winter paradise!

Pros: We loved everything, the vistas, the hot tubs and saunas, and the delicious breakfast. We love the vibe with the cozy fire pits and downstairs pub. The staff are all EXCELLENT.

Cons: Next time we will probably just bring our own, but my family and I had trouble sleeping on such high/fluffy/stuffed pillows. Beautiful, but impractical.

Pros: Activities at the resort where great! We liked barrel sauna and the pool.

Pros: The staff treated us like royalty - the facility was amazing. - the food was……well we put on some weight LOL - best burger Ive ever had 😘
