Good place

Pros: Amazing view and location The breakfast is really small but fair

Cons: They refused to check out at 12, even though the hotel was empty. Beds are small in size.

Lovely location

Pros: This hotel is in an excellent location by the side of Lake Muskoka. There is a boardwalk to restaurants and cafes and a steamboat wharf. Locally there are lakeside beaches and Bracebridge which has plenty of shopping outlets. The accommodation is welcoming and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good and there are options for dining inside and out. The room we stayed in was well stocked with kitchenette facilities. It had a balcony which although it was not a lakeside room had a good view as it was the highest floor.

Cons: There was not a lot wrong with the accommodation other than the cost but it was the height of summer so we expected higher prices for a great location

Pros: A great hotel right by the lake. Very quiet and peaceful but right by the boardwalk where there are restaurants and bars. The staff in the hotel were particularly friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Good place to chill out, air conditioning needs updating.

Pros: Location was great, overlooking the Lake. Breakfast good, a bit cramped at first but then they opened another room. Swimming pool very nice.

Cons: Air conditioning very noisy!

Quiet and relaxing:Nice breakfast and comfortable room set in a natural environment.

Pros: The hotel is terrific! I liked the breakfast. Healthy options are available to eat at the breakfast buffet. (Slow-cooked Oatmeal and unsweetened fruit.) Friendly staff, comfortable beds and a quiet natural environment. A nice room is conducive to relaxation. Nice walking trail around the lake with benches to stop and watch the sunset. Being a book and forget about shopping.

Cons: Gravenhurst: Discovery Centre closed for the entire weekend, most stores including restaurants don't open until May. Beware for a weekend trip that a lot and f stores are closed on Sunday. But you may find some in Bracebridge, a short drive away.

Pros: I enjoyed our stay at Residence inn.The breakfast was good and it was clean.The staff were very accomodating.The location was good as well.My only complaint,not that it mattered to me was that the pool was a little cool.I saw more people using the hot tub than I did swimming.Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
