Great stay in the Waterloo area

Pros: The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit dusty but the room was otherwise clean

Pros: The size of the suite is amazing. Furnishings are nice.

Cons: Hard mattress, position of the tv; could only view at 35 degree angle to bed. The fridge is very noisy in the middle of the night. Signage for room numbering outside of elevator would direct guests instead of having to walk in the wrong direction first.

Pros: The room was more then I expected! Beds were comfy and it was close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great many selections to choose from.

Pros: Location is great. I like the overall feel. It felt like a home. I was even inquiring about and considering a long-term stay (i.e., 2 weeks or more). As a Waterloo University alumnus, I would love to come back and spend 2 weeks in the area. i would definitely stay here.

A comfortable, pleasant experience!

Pros: It is always a pleasure staying at this hotel which we do several times a year. Everything and everyone makes you feel like you at a home away from home. I especially enjoy the swimming pool which is relatively warm albeit rather shallow. Highly recommended for a comfortable, relaxing escape.
