Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo by IHG

Pros: We had a pleasant stay overall (one week-end). The King room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was complete and varied. And the staff was welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Kitchener, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We didn't use the parking or pool.

Cons: The only minor downside was that the rooms are not very well soundproofed, which can be slightly inconvenient if you like to sleep in.

Pros: I liked my room, the location, the night staff was very nice and helpful. I also loved the breakfast.

Pros: Staff was outstanding. Breakfast items were cold and of poor quality. Dinner was good.

Great value for my brief stay in Kitchener/Waterloo

Pros: Since I only stayed one night, I didn’t have a chance to make full use of all the facilities but the room I stayed in was spacious. There are many restaurants nearby and the hotel is right next to the tram, which goes up to the universities and Waterloo Central.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for Oktoberfest—just what we needed! The room was spacious and well-maintained. However, it did get quite cold at night. Overall, a good experience, but better temperature control would make it perfect.

Cons: Since it was October and the AC was switched off, there wasn’t an easy way to warm up the room.

Great hotel in Kitchener

Pros: Great hotel and centrally located, close to restaurants, cafes and the beautiful Victoria Park Staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Pool & spa were great.

This hotel exceeded my expectations

Pros: Well, everything was excellent, location, transportation, shopping, a lot of places to find good food. My daughter and I were so pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay again on our next trip to WATERLOO

Cons: The housekeeping coming in without my notice because there was no safe place to keep my valuables like passport etc

Wonderful Stay

Pros: Clean hotel overall. Great staff. Comfortable stay. Delicious breakfast. Loved the omelet and crepe station. This was a great upgrade and a really nice touch. My crepe was the best I've ever had. Mot sweet, literal perfection.
