Waterloo Suites Hotel

Nice effort

Pros: Location: Good. Very close to multiple restaurants and good shopping outlets. For the price, breakfast is good. Not exactly a buffet, but with all the basics and much more in a clean, comfortable dining area.

Cons: Requires more attention to the bathtub's state of repair.

Pros: Location was excellent. Beds were super comfy and we were upgraded automatically when we arrived. Super friendly staff

Stay was great close to our destination. Staff excellent.

Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Lots of seating for the breakfast excellent.

Cons: Bed was a bit soft.

Pros: Location was perfect. An 8 min Uber ride to the Wedding venue! Bed was very comfortable. Young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly! Even asked about the Wedding when we checked out.

Cons: Arrived for breakfast shortly after 9 AM. No Gluten Free options ... even the yogurt & bananas were gone ... so I had a coffee & an orange for breakfast.

I was pleased with my stay. Staff were friendly.

Pros: Breakfast was good and there was a variety from day to day.

Good hotel close to amenities

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were excellent.

Cons: The door to my room was difficult to close and the elevator made a strange noise when in use which made me a bit nervous

Overall it was a very good stay.

Pros: The hotel website says there is a pool however it was closed due to a health notice dated 2023. The are was filled with storage. I would note that going forward. Also booking.com did not say there was parking, but there is plenty of onsite parking.

Cons: No pool even though the website says there was.

Excellent location I would stay there again

Pros: The property was in a great location. The room was spacious and gave me a lot of room to do all the things that I was required to do.

Cons: I wish that the breakfast had started a little bit earlier as we had early starts on both days, but I understand that our situation is a special circumstance.

It was good. Had fun celebrating our friends retirement.

Pros: Good location to the market. Great lobby to watch leaf game. Great time with friends

Cons: Elevator didn’t actually go to the floor. Had to take three steps down

Pros: The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The towels were clean, and overall the place was tidy.

Cons: The bathrooms could use some renovation—they are a bit old, though still clean.
