Pros: The room overall was excellent, beds were comfortable, furniture in a great condition and quality. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond.

Cons: The bathtub had some hair so it wasn't cleaned properly and the next room doors slamming was so loud it woke me up many times throughout the night...

We find this hotel very convenient when travelling for medical visits.

Pros: Timing of arrival and departure worked well. Access to TVO a bonus.

it worth every penny

Pros: very clean room, everything looks like a brand new, toilet room was shining and renovated, good floor without cheap carpet, window may be closed with a special modern blinds ( not cheap dusty curtains, thanks to God). Just perfect quiet clean room!

Nice hotel

Pros: Black out blinds, room layout and in room amenities. Hotel is one of the closest hotels to the local airport, approximately 15 minutes drive. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom.

Cons: The included breakfast wasn't available until 0630, understandable, however there was no 'grab and go' bag as we have experienced at other chains for early departures. There are at least 3 flights that leave YKF between 0600 and before 0700.

Pros: In general hotel was clean, breakfast was good, parking was free.

Cons: One of the towels had a stain on it, but when I called the front desk, they sent some up rightaway. They sent us 2 more (considering there were originally only 2 and my booking was for 2 adults and 2 kids). We just used the small towel for my younger one. The a/c had a broken grid, but still worked fine.

Pros: Pleasant and welcoming staff. I reached a bit early from airport and was allowed early check-in, Thanks.

Cons: Nothing specific . It will be good if can keep the 2 waters of water as complimentary for the remaining days instead of only the first day.

Pros: Other than being initially greeted with an incorrect claim at the front desk that there was no reservation, everything was remarkably perfect, inducing amenities, bed, cleanliness and breakfast.
