It was wonderful

Pros: The room size is very good and comfortable! The hotel's location is excellent!

Cons: The pillow could be better! They could offer a breakfast option at the hotel for an additional fee.

Comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff. Affordable prices

Pros: The location was perfect. Walking distance to all attractions and sites. Parking was accessible and free! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: My only issues was the room having no fridge. (Which was also my fault for not checking the website or calling to ask)

Very happy with our stay. Would recommend.

Pros: Location was perfect. Walking distance to most places and bus stops. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet room. Best coffee I have ever had at a hotel. Bathroom had been renovated. Great value for the money.

Cons: I wish there had been a fridge to keep drinks but the office gave us ice every day to keep them in. View from our room wasn't good but we were not there for the view from a hotel.

I would definitely stay again, and will advise people I know to stay there as well.

Pros: The location was perfect!! The room AC was top notch. The cleaning staff were friendly, accommodating, all around awesome! Location, location, location!!

Cons: A little bar fridge would have been welcome!

Great place in the heart of the attractions!

Pros: First, the location is fantastic, right in the middle of all the attractions! The people that run the place are friendly and helpful, and the room was welcoming and comfortable. Would happily stay again!

Cons: The only thing I can think of is the parking lot. There aren't very many parking spots in the lot. Not sure if any close lots would honor the parking pass from the hotel.

Pros: Clean was room, organized, staff were accomodating and friendly.

Cons: Much better if there’s microwave and fridge in the room.Cable tv shows were old. Other electrical outlets invthe room were not working.

Excellent value for money !!

Pros: very friendly staff. GREAT location. free parking during stay. indoor pool. quiet. clean. yes it is an older property and if you want to pay 3x more you can do so just up the street but it was everything we needed. Air con worked well, lots of hot water, not noisy at all. supplied towels for pool. Very few hotels are closer to Clifton Hill entertainment street than this one.
