Great location , easy access and check in , private and nice little kitchen to cook a meal !

Pros: Its a great location, very private , easy check in , property management very responsive and accommodating, clean and minimal space but with everything you might need and all in good working condition , thanks again and I would or will definitely return in the future:)

Comfortable & tastefully decorated. I like the simplicity and comfort. Need blackout curtains.

Pros: There's no breakfast but the cafe a few doors down makes good coffee, lattes & delicious custard tarts. If you'd like some Indian/Thai cuisine, that's also a few doors down. They make a great tandoori chicken. There are genuinely friendly, kind and helpful people, and then there are the 'overly friendly' checking out your jewellery. There was a classic car show last weekend called Kars on King put on by the City of Oshawa. There was something for everyone. I couldn't help myself and wondered which ones could be made autonomous. Would that be some sort of violation of modernizing something old and beautiful?!

Cons: Black out curtains or shades would be great. Street lights are very bright. The location can seem and feel a bit unsafe so take necessary precautions. City seems to keep the streets clean & it does look like they are gentrifying the area.

Value is extremely high. The room itself might’ve been a little small but with respect to a bachelor

Pros: Location was awesome ease of access was awesome amenities close to Location was quite plenty. Everything was excellent in the to Location.

Cons: As with any urban dwelling, there was quite number of homeless people around, but for the most part, they kept themselves and no issues
