Excellent experience

Pros: The host respond to messages quickly and very cooperative.

Cons: Location, close to public transport

Pros: Especially neat and clean, especially the kitchen facilities are particularly complete. the host is so nice! always answer my questions politely.

Pros: The apartment was great! I loved how quiet my stay was, I was very happy with my stay it was very relaxing and I couldn't have asked for a better weekend. I would so rent this unit again and again. I loved it!

Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful apartment

Pros: I had an incredible stay at this apartment! The host was exceptional— responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space felt like a home away from home, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch stay! Five stars all around!

Cons: I tried calling the staff twice but they just couldn’t hear me. There is problem with they should fix it.

Nice place

Pros: Simple and cozy; little cafe on king st, a good walk. Perfect mountain view on hikes, and easy to access the trails nearby.

Overall the unit was as-advertised and most of the issues I had were things that can’t really be addressed by the owners

Pros: It is a small 2 story building which I preferred. There is lots of 24/7 free parking on Wellington Street right beside the building. The unit was newly renovated, exceptionally clean, and came with everything needed. The mattress was big (King sized) and very comfortable. The unit was very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and cutlery. Easy check-in. The outer door of the building and the entrance door to the unit each had a code pad with different codes making it feel safe. I would stay here again if I needed to be close to work in the downtown area.

Cons: The location of the building isn’t the greatest in the sense that there was some questionable activity happening outside the building at times (could smell marijuana and likely crack) and it was 2 blocks away from a busy intersection where there are emergency vehicles with sirens driving by often. This is to be expected in this area of Hamilton though so it wasn’t too much of a problem for me. Because the building is old, there were radiators on and could not be adjusted; I had to leave all the windows open to keep the unit at a comfortable temperature and humidity level (which is likely why I was smelling drugs from people smoking outside). The toilet was 1 foot from the bathtub next to a wall so it was a tight fit sitting on the toilet. The sound proofing between the hallway and entrance door to the unit was poor. There was unfortunately a loud neighbouring unit going in and out of the building and talking during the night. The property manager did a great job at addressing this though which was very much appreciated.

Wonderful comfortable place in Hamilton

Pros: This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable with every service and amenity you might need. It is near downtown and public local and regional transportation. The hosts are very responsive and although they send automated messages you can call or write on the app to get a reply.

Cons: One of the units assigned did not have air conditioning. This might be an issue if you’re staying during the summer. However, I think this was a one time occurrence.
