Awesome stay and would encourage anyone to stay here.

Pros: Loved the feeling of comfort there. I also needed to cook and was pleasantly surprised how convenient, clean and easy it was to cook here. Hosts were amazing. I asked wayyyy too many questions and they supported me throughout. Lol

Cons: Dumping my own garbage, with all my bags as I walk to my parking lot leaving the place.

Pros: The place is very cozy and Anna is a very hospitable host.

Nice accommodation but could it could be better

Pros: The location was easy to find, however it would have been even better if guests were told about West Harbour GO Station, which has a direct train from Toronto. The station is less than 10mins walk to the accommodation. If you head towards West Harbour GO Station and keep walking you will come to the Harbour which makes for a nice picnic or leisurely walk. If you turn left and walk about 15-20mins there you will find a shopping Centre (Jackson Square) which has a really good supermarket to get all your supplies, other little shops to look around, and a cinema also the Farmers Market is also really good place to visit. The accommodation was nice and tidy, clean and adequate for my needs. There was a leak in the bathroom which was reported and dealt with promptly. Permission was requested before gaining access to the property which was really appreciated.

Cons: Now, I don't really like giving negative reviews, however there are a few things that needs to be addressed. Heating could have been better especially when staying during January, had to keep the portable heater on all the time. The bed OMG!! very rickety and needs to be changed! was not good for my partners back he woke up with back pains! the sofa bed was even worse, had to use additional cushion to try and get some sort of comfort to no avail. Could have done with a few more pots and pans but made do with what was there. Towels very small, luckily we brought own towels. Cleaning products would have been appreciated, when entering the accommodation with wet boots made a terrible mess and there was nothing available to clean up, sorry but had to use one of the face towels to clean up the floor (a cheap mop would have sufficed), The walls are super thin, could hear the neighbour (think it was a man) next door snoring, people walking about upstairs, doors slamming etc. If you're planning a romantic escapade EVERYONE will know!! Not judging Hamilton however there seems to be a large number of down and out people in the area, saw a number of people having in-depth conversations with themselves, shouting randomly or just looking like walking zombies.

Pros: the place was nice and clean we like the view we like the timely manner the staff answered us and we liked the man or the staff spoke to us in

Cons: there's absolutely nothing we didn't like about it

Comfortable; would like to rent again but longer.

Pros: The space & privacy of the unit I stayed at. The layout was great, would rent again

Cons: The unit was chilly and floor pretty cold at night.. didn’t seem to have any heaters, I was only there for two nights, or I would have reached out to management and I’m sure they would have helped. :)
