The SoMa Furnished Residences

Pros: Only used the kettle did not use the other appliances

Cons: The location regarding the street noise from traffic.

Pros: Place was spacious and really nice inside. Great value for the price. Having laundry facilities in one of our suites was fantastic as it was nice to be able to wash all our teams ball jerseys after playing all day.

Cons: There isn't alot of parking if coming with a team/group or big family with multiple vehicles. My only recommendations would be to have extra garbage bags and hair dryers in each suite.

Pros: Decent size space. Mostly clean and well equipped. Free parking. Easy access.

Cons: Bathroom definitely needs a renovation as it is dated and bath edges are mouldy. Dishwasher was broken. Pots and pans need to be replaced as very worn and a bit broken.

Good property for a family

Pros: The property was easy to locate and had all basic facilities. The parking at the property was useful.

Enjoyed the large, well-appointed, and affordable suite in central location

Pros: The unit was very large and well-furnished. Fridge had an ice maker and there were plenty of dishes for drinks, meals, etc. The unit had several high end finishes like under cabinet lighting and a beautiful shower. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus. It was much more affordable than most hotel rooms in the area and we had far more space than we anticipated. Parking was right next to the door of the unit and it was easy to punch in the code to access the unit. TV had Netflix and the

Cons: Some of the finishes were clearly a bit worn down, such as scuffs or damage to the paint and trim. It was a bit difficult to get the wifi to work on the TV to watch Netflix, and it would have been nice if there were a few more pillows/higher quality bedding in general. These weren't things that were make or break for us and overall we were still very pleased with our stay, and would stay again.

Unit met our needs and was close to everything especially venue we were attending.

Pros: Do to circumstances beyond owner control our unit was not ready so he moved us to another unit in building which turned out to be an upgrade.The owner was easy to contact and got back to me immediately.This was second stay in building.

Cons: It would be nice to have someplace for luggage.

Great location, very comfortable stay!

Pros: Great central location, close to everything, easy to find. Very large rooms, lots of amenities, very comfortable beds! The building was nice and quiet. Easy to access the building and the suite. Great Stay!

Great location + quite spacious!

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great, except I didn't see any toiletries. Great space overall.

Cons: Staircase was challenging.

Generally good

Pros: I booked on behalf of my elderly mother and her sister in law. Overall very spacious and clean.

Cons: There was a strong weed smell, it's legal in Canada but they didn't think it would be a smell in the apartment. It did go away eventually

Downtown Comfort

Pros: It was easy to access the place we were staying, and the communication was very clear and detailed. The parking was super convenient, and provided easy access to the entrance for loading and unloading belongings. Larger than expected.

Cons: The area is something to be desired, however this should not be held against the business. This building is located off main street with much traffic when you are looking for it. This was helped by the communication from the owners to help find it.
