Pros: We most appreciated the position and in the morning the cup of coffee offered in the lobby.

Cons: The split Heating/AC unit was quite noisy, lack of separating door between bedroom and bathroom (at least toilette) was not very well-thought.

Pros: location, friendly staff and loved that they had a bar and restaurant at the bottom of the hotel. Best downtown Toronto hotel for the price by far

Cons: If you're coming in past 11. You need to wait for the reception to let you in. That being said, for the price I paid this is a very minor inconvenience

Pros: The room was amazing, very comfortable, and the staff was great, super great value for the price, we will be back.

Chic, Amsterdam vibe character hotel at a great price with good food and drink

Pros: Wow, a great Amsterdam vibe hotel on the edge of Chinatown and close to Downtown. Really cool decor and more improvements underway and a good price. Well stocked bar and food really good after a days travel. Room upgrade also greatly received. Wonderful deluxe room 👍

Cons: The area we guessed, may not have been considered the best in the city but we felt safe there so looks are deceiving possibly so don’t let this stop you visiting.

Pros: The room is good. Clean and overall it's a good place to stay at while strolling around downtown. Near to restaurants and shops.

Cons: There's no bath tub in our room.

A cozy retreat in the heart of Spadina!

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff! Small issue that was resolved quickly and they were gracious, leaving us a small token of apologies.

Cons: Lack of security on the premise for parking overnight, though, the parking area with security patrolling was not far from the building.

Good option for stay in Toronto

Pros: No complaints about my stay. The room was simple but clean and the bathroom was very spacious. The ladies in the reception were super nice and helpful. Plenty of restaurants around, and a streetcar stop nearby. They also stored my luggage after checkout for a couple of hours.

Cons: The lock in the door was a bit loose/worn out. It locked safely, but I had to double triple check if it's properly latched - needs a bit of maintenance.

Highly recommended. Nifty place.

Pros: I got an upgrade to the DeLuxe suite. What a nifty place! Loved the room layout with the unique bathroom and the wonderful soaker tub. Bed was very comfortable. Loved all the windows. The stuff was super nice. Great location. Unique boutique hotel. Fantastic value for money.

Cons: The heating was super loud. The stairs to the lobby were a bit of a bother. The lighting wasn't great.

Pros: Super staff, great location for China Town and the more bohemian side of the city. Hotel looked after our bags whilst we went to Niagra for a couple of days which was super helpful.

Cons: Was all good.

Pros: Location is excellent and so convenient! Dylan was so welcoming and accommodating! The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable! Restaurant had great value as well
