Ace Hotel Toronto

Pros: Great restaurant Imad breakfast and dinner and both were amazing

Pros: Food was delicious. Room was really comfortable. Great hotel overall.

Cons: No tea or coffee in room. Have to ask for sachets or buy one. Just weird not to have that as it’s so standard, just made it an annoying way to start the day when you’re jet lagged and just want a coffee to help wake up.

Great hotel, would definitely stay again!

Ace of hotels

Pros: The more compact room felt so much bigger with open concept and huge windows, great lighting, and a view of the park. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I felt safe with my young child in and around the Ace Hotel

Pros: The hotel is beautifully located, a lot of restaurants, bars, shops are close by, you can walk from there very good. The hotel has a rather unique style and a roof terrace bar with a nice view. Staff was very friendly!

Cons: A few more hooks or possibilities to hang up a jacket or towels would have been very handy. It would have helped a bit. Apart from that all was good

Pros: The location was perfect, but what truly stood out was the hotel’s unique soul. You can immediately feel its strong identity, a beautiful blend of 70s charm, hipster vibes, and modern touches. Everything is thoughtfully designed to immerse you in this atmosphere, and it creates such a memorable, inspiring energy. On top of that, the staff were not only incredibly helpful but also genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel even more special.

Great location, great service and excellent rooms

Pros: Design of the foyer, bar area and rooftop was excellent. The rooms also.

Cons: The pillows were too soft. There was an eventb on the roof top the night we wanted to go to the bar which was dissapointing. We went later so enjoyed the experience but without a drink.

Pros: Fantastic location, lovely restaurant, stunning architecture.

Pros: It was close to the waterworks food hall which was very convenient

Excellent hotel at a good location.

Pros: Nice location. Most things within walking distance. Modern, industrial hotel, with a nice vibe. Staff polite and helpful.

Cons: Some amenities could be a bit better, but overall very little to complain about.
