It was relaxing and comfortable!

Pros: That it was sustainability focused and that there were plants everywhere! It was clear that wellness and clean living was the focus, down to the food.

Cons: I have no negatives.

Pros: Amazing - highly recommended. One of the best hotel gyms I've ever used.

Cons: A fire alarm at 3:45am on my last night was not ideal. poor communication about when it was safe to go back to my room.

Pros: Everything. Staff so amazing. Rooftop bar a great addition.

Cons: The ladies who check you into roof top bar let the overall incredible experience down a bit. They weren’t really helpful or attentive like rest of staff in main hotel.

Pros: Great location with a fun little rooftop pool and a lively, social vibe. But the most remarkable is the staff! Robin at concierge was amazing—so helpful with everything we needed, always going above and beyond. Tom at reception was also fantastic, always friendly and nothing was ever too much. I work in hospitality and can say the service here is truly outstanding, not just good. The whole team is professional, kind, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing this new brand grow!

Comfortable and stylish

Pros: Super friendly staff, great sized room, comfy beds and beautiful decor. The food in restaurant 1 was outstanding. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

Cons: The only slight quirk was that neither the bathroom or WC door closed which felt a bit exposing when sharing as a family!

Pros: We loved everything about the hotel. It felt very aligned to nature, the breakfast was amazing as was the rooftop bar. It's ashame rhe pool area becomes very busy but still enjoyed our time up there. Staff were super friendly too. We'll definitely be staying here again when we visit next

Cons: A bit overpriced, it was close to 1k a night and no parking or continental breakfast was included (some five star hotels include this)
