Pros: The staff, quick service, cleanliness, modern rooms, restaurant and shops in walking distance, walk to the FALLS, casino, Sheraton, clifton hill brewery all connected from the inside of The Brock Hotel. Very comfy stay!

Wanna feel like at home with top notch service

Pros: The staff were all very attentive and really cater to their guest needs. I came across Rosa in the front desk checking out she was professional and most importantly very pleasant and made our stay extremely comfortable. I will definitely recommend and stay here again in our next visit to Niagara.

Cons: Not much aside the elevator traffic but an avoidable as it was the busiest time of the year.

It was a ln excellent night away. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The stay was so nice. Just a night away for us. But if we could have stayed longer we would have. It was a perfect location. So close everything. The room was clean. Staff were so friendly. The view from our room was perfect.

I was very happy with the stay and l would refer it to my other family and friends

Pros: We were not told anything about the breakfast. Which l think it should be included even if the visitors have to pay a little bit more.

Cons: I don't think my fridge was working. Plus l think there should be more coffee cups for a room that holds two queen size bed for four people

Pros: The location was perfect, everything a hotel should have its got! Aaron who checked us in gave us a 5 star service and I didn't catch the lady's name on check out but was just as professional! All staff members are a credit to the company. Will 100% return!
