Pros: very nice owner of the building with a great sense of hospitality, everything was perfectly prepared upon my arrival.

Highly recommended

Pros: This place is perfect, beautiful and equipped with all amenities you may need. The host is incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing for a smooth late check out, which is greatly appreciated. Communication with Vivian is super easy and she regularly check-ins during the stay. This is the top choice for me for any future trip to Toronto. Highly recommended!

A good stay

Pros: The place is big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, with a selection of coffee and teas. The fridge was well stocked with bottles of ginger ale and water. And the front room offers a large TV with access to cable and Netflix. Vivian is a very friendly host, attentive to the guests, responding promptly to questions and queries. Very accomodating. The bus stop is 2 mins walk from the house. The subway is about 30 mins bus ride, and the train station is a 25 mins walk, or a short bus ride. There are also a few shops and small places to eat 3 mins away from the house.

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything you needed was available. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment, close to the airport in good condition

Pros: Nice double bed apartment located in the basement, large size and spacious in good condition with well equipped kitchen and clean and tidy

Cons: Not a fault of the property but be aware whilst the Etobicoke North Go station is a 5 minute bus ride from the property and then 25 minute train ride into Toronto centre, trains don’t run from the station during the weekend making the journey a number of busses doubling the time. The busses are a little unreliable and don’t turn up when scheduled

Pros: It was easy to get on the local bus and then train into the city. The owner Vivian is very friendly. Local shops arre close by with a lovely cafe with great coffee and waffles. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Cons: The stairs down to our room were a little steep with no handrails. It was fine, though caution may be needed if you are a little unsteady.

Pros: The property is very well maintained and saw a lot of essentials were provided; although I didn't use any as I brought my essentials along. Great communication with the owner; I asked, and I was able to check in earlier than check-in time, which was helpful. The property is also centrally located; I used public transit during my stay, so its location to accessible public transit was very helpful. There are bus stops like 2 minutes away; the Northbound one takes you to Etobicoke GO or Kipling subway station to go downtown or the express bus to the airport and a lot of other connections. Quick note for future visitors: the Etobicoke GO station doesn't operate on the weekends (strange), but connections are easy to make. Grocery shops and food places are very close by. Overall, it was a great experience. Will use again, if needed.

A wonderful stay!

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of renting this beautiful apartment, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the pristine condition of the property. The apartment was well-maintained and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was very good, making meal preparation a breeze, and the living areas were both comfortable and inviting. The bedroom was cosy and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. It's location was ideal, and everything was just a short drive away. Also, the host is fantastic, and she made sure we had everything we needed. This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return!

Välutrustad lägenhet och en trevlig värd, men läget kanske inte är det bästa ur vistelsesynpunkt.

Pros: Stor lägenhet utrustad med allt som behövs (och lite till). Det fanns lite dricka att ta i kylskåpet vilket alltid är trevligt. Sängen var skön och värden trevlig. Trivdes bra och kan rekommendera både värd och lägenhet.

Cons: Lägenheten ligger i källaren vilket gjorde att fönsterna ut var små. För mig som är lång var det också risk att slå i taket på vissa ställen. Föredrar en duschkabin istället för badkar, men det är en smaksak. Lite svårt att ta sig ut om det skulle börja brinna på ovanvåningen eller i trappan ut, men teoretiskt går det nog att klämma sig ut genom ett fönster, Området var kanske inte det mest inspirerande att promenera runt i.

Nothing short of amazing.

Pros: It’s in a strategic location with good access to bus stops, a number of restaurants and supermarkets. The host was attentive to our needs. Thank you for accommodating us. It felt home away from home.
