Newton Villa

Excellent place for a relax holiday not far from the city

Pros: Everything was perfect. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The room and common spaces super confy. The staff was very caring and helpful. Overall the place is so nice and welcoming. I will tottally reccomend the place.

Cons: The only thing is to find the place for a visitor, at some point I felt lost. But The address was correct. Just don't expect it to be like in the airport hotel. :P

Pros: I stayed in this beautiful establishment for two days. The staff is very kind, positive and polite. The breakfasts are delicious, the room is clean. I took a lot of photos, but they disappeared. I definitely recommend it. If you want to have a good rest and most importantly, peace and quiet - you should visit Newton Villa

Great spot not too far from the airport.

Pros: A well kept property. A very comfortable first night after my flight into Toronto. A nice breakfast was also included. Top spot with own easy and free parking.

Pros: It’s a nice place located in a affluent area. (I suppose the Villa was a private house before). As it’s October, we didn’t use the swimming pool, but for sure in Summer it’s very nice because they have a very big garden too.

Cons: It would be useful to have a big central light in the room, not only the two little ones at the bed sight. There are no closet or drawers to put your clothes, just a couple of hangers which are not sufficient. The breakfast could include some juices

Pros: The hospitality, the home itself, decor, availability to amenities to guests..

Cons: A little cold in basement suite but fireplaces helped as indicated by owner..thank you an amazing stay..felt like staying with family!

Fantastic little gem in beautiful surroundings.

Cons: Fresh brewed coffee ran out one morning and was not replenished.

Cons: Please get a non-slip mat for the bathtub and a little bigger soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Quite, peaceful stay with super comfy beds

Pros: We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. The bed and pillow and sheets were super comfortable. The bottled water, mini frig and oodles of wooden hangers were greatly appreciated. We slept with the balcony door open, which kept the room from becoming stuffy. The magnetic screen door to the small outdoor balcony was easy to use. The toilet paper was plush, strong and thick.

Cons: The first thing we were asked to do at checkin was to give a $200 room deposit, that was refundable after your stay if your room was perfect. Not the best first impression to make on the customer! Could provide chairs or folding chairs to use to sit upon on the outside balcony. Need a nightlight in the bathroom. No complimentary cookie or chocolate on your bedside. The tv did not automatically turn to cable ……but fortunately we found an employee who helped us get it working. Could provide a docking center with lots of spots for recharging electronic items. Need to provide black washcloths with the wood “makeup” stitched on it so your guests have something to use!

Short and sweet

Pros: Staff was lovely, we arrived later in the evening but were welcomed with their patient ant thorough hospitality. Let me do my work in the dining room the next morning, which had a nice view.

Cons: Steps up to our rooms with our baggage, perhaps?
