They facilities were conveniently located, clean and in a relatively quiet area.

Pros: The location was easy to find, the host communication was excellent and the tenants respectful. Wifi availability was excellent as was the kitchen amenities and towels pro9vided.

Cons: Extra pillows and facecloth would be helpful. The bathroom fan and kitchen stove fan could be cleaner.

Pros: Very nice hotel, room P with bathroom, very clean. Laundry facilities, kitchen utensils, extra coffee and tea, we are staying convenient and comfortable.

Pros: The room that I stayed in was spacious and it provided a comfortable queen size bed which I love. I had my own nice and clean washroom. Have enough storage for my 3 suitcases and a good enough work space. Bus stops were just a few steps away and quite convenient for transfers to subway station.

Cons: Nothing about the property. But I was always awaken by loud noises from the neighbor's door... Guest from Unit O will check if he locked his door properly several times each time, it sounded as if someone wanted to break in to his room, although I guess it was just his OCD... one time I opened the door and wanted to politely ask him to do it gently, when he saw me, he scowled at me, so I just closed the door and left it at that.... Scary....

Pros: The mattress, pillows, beddings and the general ambience of the room was perfect. The water was a also a very nice considerate touch.

Pros: Хороший современный апартамент с отдельными комнатами. Очень чисто, каждый день в общественных местах убиралась приходящая уборщица. Комната с отдельной ванной комнатой небольшая, но светлая. Отличный удобный матрас. Порадовал огромный телевизор в комнате.

Cons: Очень холодно в номере. Отсутствие обогревателя. Замерзали. На кухне и в коридоре теплее, видимо там есть обогрев. Местоположение не очень. Сам район безопасный. Но добираться из центра далеко. От метро тоже пешком далеко. Автобусная остановка рядом, но автобусы ходят очень редко и часто вообще проезжают мимо, не останавливаются. Больше нигде не видели такого в Торонто. Рядом нет ни одного продуктового магазина. Ближайший магазин только возле метро.

Pros: Sehr gepflegte Räume in einem Haus in einer ordentlichen Wohnlage. Die U-Bahn, mit der man ohne Umsteigen in die Innenstadt fahren kann, ist etwa 1,3 km entfernt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, groß und sauber. Das Zugangssystem mit Zahlencode funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles prima.

Cons: Die Küche hat leider keine Sitzmöglichkeit zum Essen.

Pros: Pas de personnel sur place mais réagit assez vite s’il y a un problème via la messagerie. Machine à laver et sèche linge sur place à disposition. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine

Cons: Il faut savoir que c'est une maison en colocation, c'est à dire plein de chambres avec une cuisine commune et sans personnel sur place. Vous retirez draps et serviettes vous-même à la fin de votre séjour et videz vos poubelles. C’est très mal insonorisé, faut pas y dormir si vous avez le sommeil léger.
