Met all our expectations

Pros: Everything went well. Easy access to the hotel. They upgraded us. Staff were most helpful and the indoor pool and facilities were what we wanted.

Cons: The main dining room was closed due to a conference. We were there for a celebration and we should have been warned that it was closed.

Competition Getaway

Pros: The kids and I loved the pools and the hot tub. We also loved our room and its view. It was very spacious and clean , the beds were fabulous, a little heavier of a duvet or top cover would be an even better upgrade, however, as it was a little chilly sleeping. The warm cookies were also a great touch. My kids really loved that part, too. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back again 😀

Pros: Nicely renovated room, which was very clean. Our room was on the top floor, so it was nice and quiet and we had a nice view. Staff was friendly.

Cons: The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and we received an early morning wake up call that we did not request.

Pros: Everything was great, friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. Good location. Parking a bit of a mess, but the weather contributed to this. Overall, fairly happy with our stay.

Cons: The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and lotion was not filled. Because this was a last minute booking, I really expected to have these things available in the room and did not pack extra.
