Good destination.

Pros: Room was nice. Bed was cormfortabloe. Breakfast was not included.

Cons: Water level in the swimming pool and hot tub were under-filled by a good 7-8 inches from the norm.

Pros: Fantastic facilities - the sports centre is incredible.

Cons: The mall opposite is missing a convenience store, so a mini market in the hotel would be a great addition.

Great experience, excellent property

Pros: The staff were fantastic. From the gentleman who met me when we pulled up to the Hotel, the lovely lady at check-in, the staff at Play and Liv, all exceeded my expectations. The suite (rm 212) we stayed in was beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. We stayed at White Oaks to celebrate our anniversary and will be back to stay again. Thank you for a great experience.

Great room, great staff - highly recommended for Sport lovers and gym rats

Pros: The staff was exceptional and did above and beyond to make sure the room met our expectations and comfort (walk-in shower, for example). Beds are super comfortable, and the shower was top tier, one of the best we had, Fully equipped with Shampoo, Conditioner, soap, etc. The hotel is luxurious (in a bit of an old-fashioned way) and is coupled with an amazing sport center with everything you may possibly wish for, including tennis courts, a spa, a sauna, etc.

Cons: Wall-to-wall carpets and an old AC in the room make it a bit of an 'old-school' hotel, but everything worked just fine. Breakfast was just OK and not cheap. Located on a highway interchange and a huge shopping outlet - great for commute & shopping, but no views or nature.

Pros: Everything is top notch for this price range. I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the garden where you can simply sit in a chair and relax. The room is spacious and well kept. An outlet mall is just across the street. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
