Nice place to stay for the holiday and reasonable priced

Pros: The breakfast was great. the variety of foods was great. The restaurant and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub and dry sauna was great. Overall it was OK,

Cons: Was not able to have our Christmas dinner there as it was booked out. Also the price for the dinner was quite expensive for only 30 min. The lighting in the bathroom was very low, there was limited towels available for the amount of people staying in the room. The heating system needs upgrading. Needed more hangers in the closet. Needs a bit more esthetics as the carpet is a bit worn

Short stay with grandkids

Pros: Facilities are very nice. Outdoor pool was clean and inviting. Our grandkids loved it. Breakfast buffet offered many choices and was available to 11am, which gave us plenty of time to eat..

Cons: Menu options for kids are non-existent. Had to leave the resort to pick up something for the kids to eat.

Cons: Music in the restaurant during the dinner hour. Definitely a mature crowd but music sounded like rap. You could easily do so much better.

Pros: The restaurants were fantastic. The food and service was amazing. The pool area was lovely.

Pros: I loved the ambiance. It was so laid back and wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I wish we had booked 2 days.

Cons: The walls are pretty thin. We had to call the front desk twice at 1 am and 2 am because the room next to us was very loud and noisy. The front desk handled it very well. I just wished there was a little more insulation and sound proofing between rooms.
