Great stay

Pros: The pool and slides were fun. Room had a kitchenette which was great.

Cons: There wasn't a hair dryer in our room, which was bothersome since we used the pool and wanted to dry our hair.

Pros: Everything was pretty good my daughter had a great birthday I really enjoyed the lady at the front desk her name was summer and she was really nice and she was made sure our stay was incredible she was a great host

Cons: There was one issue we had it was with a rude housekeeper when we asked for something it was attitude and an issue she could of did better

Amazing Resort

Pros: Friendly staffs, clean rooms, I had all I needed in the kitchen.

Cons: I used the PEPS machine it did not give right money back.. The took 5 dollars more. I went to complain at the front desk. The receptionist said the machine is not property from resort. That gives me upset and piss me off... At the end they guy gave me 2 Gatorade to recover.

Pros: Very recommendable. As soon as we arrived it was a warm welcome. Amie, was accommodating with our needs and kudos to the housekeeping the room was very clean. Surely be back next time!
