Fun 2 day escape with good value.

Pros: Comfort and cleanliness of room. We also liked the kitchenette having dishes, cutlery, and sink to do dishes.

Cons: I wish that we could rent ski equipment from south base and main village as we had a bit of run around. Also it would be good if they rented snowshoes in more locations not just at south base.

Great value, great location

Pros: Convenient location, decent sized rooms, clean and comfortable

Cons: Our room as slope side which was great in terms of views but all night there was constant beeping from machinery and equipment which wasn’t the most pleasant

Lovely stay over Christmas with family

Pros: Check-in process was quick and seamless. We arrived on Christmas eve and it was quite busy. Staff did a great job getting everyone sorted as quickly as possible.

Cons: It can be a little tricky getting the luggage carts in and out of the elevator to the parking and to the rooms. It would be nice to have staff to assist with the luggage or luggage carts especially during busy times.

An excellent stay with an unbeatable location and outstanding service.

Pros: The location was perfect, just a five minute walk to the lifts, which made learning to ski incredibly convenient. I could easily return to the room to rest between sessions. The guest services and staff were excellent and even arranged an upgrade to a spacious studio with a full kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable.

Cons: It would be great to have a breakfast option, even a simple one, available for an extra fee. During my stay there were energy tests and one nearby elevator was not working, but this did not impact the overall experience.

Pros: Location and ease of access, room was pretty big, despite parking situation found underground parking near the elevator. Staff were great and friendly, the phone room service was quick and responsive and convenient.

Cons: Found a dirty blanket with stains, there were drunk people shouting every night until 2am so i couldnt sleep. The 2 hot tubs were quite small and when i went there was a group of 10 that all came in and made it cramp, also they were taking pictures and brought drinks to the tub so i left.

Bad reception service and poor customer skills reception staff

Pros: I like the view from room , property was is great location. Room was big for family

Cons: I dont like to front staff , specially night manger was , extremely room, she was working in hospitality industry and he has no customer service attitude. In morning I waited 30 minutes to check out. One girl was eating food at the reception and one was on phone. When my turn came she told ne to wait 20 minutes as she will send someone to check room, when i left there were lots of cleaner in the building where i stay she could use radio and find out about room which was 2 min job , she made wait for 20 minutes and told to stand in line again , which I did and I stand again 15 minutes. Cleaning staff was great they always great and have smile in the face. But reception staff has big attitude. They make me feel like why I am there and they doing me favor to have there service. I spend $1100 for room and this kind of service I get. They need traning on hospitality skills or who ever hired them did not check that staff actually like to work. I would rather support cleaning girl who came to clean my room , she did fabulous job
