Pros: The bath tub the heated bathroom floor the hot tub was huge and hot beds were comfortable room was a nice size .

Cons: It weird having a community microwave but it worked

Great experience

Pros: The room was clean. Had lots of amenities. Had a microwave, oven, utensils, glasses and pots. Loved that the room came with a balcony.

Cons: The booking is for living stone resort the hotel is on a different road and is called living waters. Confusing advertisement.

Comfortable, great location!

Pros: Everything as mentioned in the survey was excellent, We were very satisfied and would stay with you again.

Cons: Except for the glasses that were in the cupboard but dirty with lip marks around the edges.

Pros: We had a premium room with a little furnished kitchen. Room had a balcony which was so comfortable to sit in in the evenings. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good location with accessibility to stores, restaurants and the blue mountain. Friendly staff too. Overall a very peaceful, fun and comfortable stay. Keep up the good work.

Clean room, good amenities, quiet hotel despite being full

Pros: We were booked at sister resort and they moved us here. No additional costs. Room was top floor, so not noise from overhead. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The temp set up for registration.
