The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Pros: Rooms were clean and well prepared when we checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was winter time with lots of snow, so we won't expect everything to be perfect.

Cons: Couple of burners in the stove was not working but may be it is hard for the staff to look at everything. Like I said it is peak winter time with lots of snow in canada. So I wont expect everything perfect.

Cons: The walls are a little thin between the suites so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper

Pros: The suite was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The resort staff was nice and helpful, answered all my questions promptly even before arrival. We only spent there one single night and did not explore all of the facilities, but by looking at their map there was plenty to do in there. We were also pleasantly surprised how quiet it was even though the hotel was full. The bed mattresses were more on a firmer side but very close to what we have in our bedroom, so it was not a big deal for us. The pillows were nice and comfy though. All of us enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Wasaga Beach.

Best place to stay in Wasaga for

Pros: Everything was perfect. Location..very clean. Comfy bed a d great shower All you needed to cook your own meals too. Recommend it highly.

COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE

Pros: The room was spacious and well equipped. There was a coffee maker, fridge, and a small kitchenette, which was handy for a coffee and dessert in the evening and quick coffee and toast in the morning. We saw facilities on the property like a swimming pool and play area, but didn't spend much time at the property.

Cons: At exactly check out time, there was no one in the reception office, and it was locked. We had an issue we really needed to talk to someone about, and we did not have the opportunity. That was an awful call on their part, not customer service friendly at all.
